鸭妈妈当年在山坡上下蛋，一个不小心将一个蛋滚下了山坡，掉进了天鹅妈妈的窝里，那个蛋就是丑小鹅。丑小鹅因为长相与众鹅不同被天鹅们、惨叫鸡羞辱排挤，丑小鹅陷入到了自我怀疑和自卑中，天鹅妈妈为了鼓励丑小鹅要自信做一只天鹅，让丑小鹅参加超鸟大赛并担任领舞.....比赛当天，缺乏信心的丑小鹅在舞台上糗态不断，在差点被撵下舞台之际，丑小鹅在老蛤蟆的提点下想起自己辛苦排练的那段时光，鼓起勇气展现出自己讨厌的大脚丫，跳出了不拘一格的“踢踏舞”，甚至一举拿下了超鸟大赛冠军...
